TracksNow.com is a royalty-free music library that licenses music for use within multi-media productions. We are based in Stamford, CT just outside of New York City, yet minutes from the beautiful Connecticut shoreline. TracksNow was founded by award winning composer, Steve Hansen in 2001 as a cost effective way to distribute his music to users worldwide.
For the past 12 years Steve has composed music for film, television, radio and video as well as recorded his own albums. Additionally, Steve operates a state-of-the-art Pro Tools © equipped recording facility called Hi-Top Productions where many TracksNow tracks are recorded and mastered.
What differentiates TracksNow from many other libraries is the use of real acoustic instruments. Instead of defaulting to the MIDI canned sounds of other libraries, TracksNow uses acoustic and electric guitar, bass, world percussion, drums, flute, sax, and acoustic piano to name a few. You might even hear a few unusual instruments like mandolin, kazoo or mouth harp!
We focus on composing each track to the highest production standard, and organizing the music so that it is easy for our customers to use. You will find the music you need easily through our search engine and download it into your multimedia session immediately. We also have individual CDs and series available for purchase which are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
